Ingredients:

· 1 6oz package Feta cheese
· ¼ cup cream cheese, room temperature
· 2 tbs plain greek yogurt
· 1 tsp lemon juice
· ¼ cup fig jam
· ¼ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
· 2 tbs chopped pistachios, for garnish
· John Wm. Macy’s Grilled Crostini Toasts or Rosemary & Cheddar Cheesecrisps

Instructions:

1. In a food processor or blender, add feta, cream cheese, greek yogurt and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and fluffy.
2. Transfer your mixture to a small serving bowl. Spoon your fig jam on top of the feta mixture. Top with pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
3. Serve with John Wm. Macy’s Grilled Crostini Toasts or Rosemary & Cheddar Cheesecrisps and enjoy!
