Ingredients:

· 2 bunches fresh asparagus
· ¼ cup olive oil
· 1 tsp. Kosher salt
· ½ tsp. Fresh ground black pepper
· 10-15 John Wm. Macy’s Asiago & Cheddar CheeseCrisps

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Snap the ends off the asparagus.
2. Place the asparagus in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to fully coat the asparagus.
3. Place the Asiago & Cheddar CheeseCrisps in a sealable plastic bag and seal. Crush the cheesecrisps with a rolling pin to break them into small, almost breadcrumb sized pieces. Coat the asparagus with the crushed cheesecrisps.
4. Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast the asparagus for 10-15 minutes or until the stalks are tender and lightly browned.
6. Serve and enjoy!
